Cat 2 _ $45.00 _ _ Small pets (30lbs or less) are $45/month. Large pets (31lbs or more) are $90/month. Maximum of two pets per home. Pet rent is per pet.
Dog 2 _ $45.00 _ _ Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
